Methodology
How the Omegaverse Quiz Works
Every result on this site comes from one deterministic scoring model. Same answers, same version, same result — no randomness, no AI generation, no hidden inputs. This page explains the whole pipeline.
The five axes
Command Orientation. How readily you take charge of a situation: setting direction, making the call, and carrying responsibility for the outcome. High scores lean toward leading; low scores lean toward following or deferring.
Protective Response. How strongly you react when someone or something you care about is threatened. High scores mean you step in front of the problem; low scores mean you stay measured and let others handle their own battles.
Nurturance. How much of your energy goes into caring for others: comfort, support, and tending to needs before they are spoken. High scores are caretaker instincts; low scores are a more hands-off style.
Bond Intensity. How deep and exclusive your attachments run. High scores mean a few fierce, all-in bonds; low scores mean lighter, more independent connections.
Conflict Expression. How openly you engage when friction appears. High scores confront directly and out loud; low scores de-escalate, redirect, or resolve things quietly.
The questions
The quiz has 30 scenario questions: 6 per axis, with 3 forward-keyed and 3 reverse-keyed items on each axis so that no single answering style dominates a score. Each question offers four options worth between -2 and +2 points on its axis. Your raw axis total is then normalized to a 0–100 scale.
Score bands
Each normalized axis score falls into one of four bands:
- Low: 0 to below 35
- Mid: 35 to below 65
- High: 65 to below 85
- Extreme: 85 to 100
Internally, each band maps to a center value used when comparing you to archetype profiles: low = 20, mid = 50, high = 80, extreme = 92.
How you get an archetype
Each of the 16 archetypes is defined as a target profile — a set of expected positions across the five axes. In plain terms: we measure how far your five scores sit from each archetype’s profile, with every axis counting equally, and the archetype whose profile is closest to yours wins. Your Dynamic (Alpha, Beta, or Omega) is inherited from that archetype, subject to the eligibility rules below.
Dynamic eligibility rules
- Alpha requires Command Orientation of at least 65.
- Beta requires Command Orientation below 65 and at least 2 axes in the mid band.
- Omega requires at least one of Protective Response, Nurturance, or Bond Intensity at 65 or above.
The Sovereign gate
The Sovereign is a special expanded-lore result tied to the Enigma dynamic — a later fan-lore addition, not one of the three core dynamics and not a rank above Alpha. It is checked before ordinary classification and requires all seven conditions at once. We make no claims about how rare it is.
- Command Orientation of at least 85 (the extreme band).
- Conflict Expression of at most 40.
- At least 5 of the 6 Command questions answered with a positive-scoring option.
- At least 3 Command questions answered with the strongest positive option.
- No Command question answered with the strongest negative option.
- The Sovereign profile must lead the closest ordinary archetype by a clear margin (at least 100 weighted distance points).
- The result must survive any single adjacent answer change — one small answer shift cannot be the only thing keeping you at Sovereign.
Boundaries
Omegaverse worldbuilding varies by author. This entertainment quiz uses one SFW, personality-inspired interpretation; "accurate" means consistent and explainable within this scoring model.
